Mom, boyfriend gave baby marijuana after she broke her leg, police say
Tessa Rose Murray and Nerrell McCoy of Muncie, Ind., were arrested Monday after they failed to seek treatment for their infant daughter’s broken leg and instead gave her marijuana to treat the pain.
